The editorial desk, explained.

A desk watches one part of your industry, drafts your answer to every story that matters from your own file, has a named person sign it, and keeps the original beside the answer. That is the whole practice.

How it runs

Today ATAILA runs the desk with you operated : we run the wire and draft, your named person approves, and the approval is recorded on the piece. The desk you log into yourself is on the roadmap building . The archive runs today on our own newsroom running .

Why the record is the product

Drafting is the easy part; any model drafts. What a desk keeps is what nobody keeps for you: the article as it stood, your answer, who signed it and when, and the list of what you decided not to say. Years later that is the only version of events you can show.

We run it on ourselves

This is how ATAILA follows AI in IT. Thirty articles answered on our own newsroom, every one with its source linked and its original archived.

Questions buyers ask

We already use a chat assistant for this.
Good: the expensive part is proven. A chat window does not watch your industry, does not keep the list of what you chose not to answer, and keeps your drafts in somebody else’s account. If you publish twice a month and it works, you do not need this yet.
Our agency does it.
Then your agency does the writing. PrivateWire sweeps the beat several times a week and produces the first sourced draft while the story is still current. Your agency receives drafts instead of a brief.
Who reads company newsrooms anyway?
Almost nobody directly, and that is not the mechanism. Each answer quotes the original headline and links the source, so it is found beside the story. The record works for sales: the objection answered in writing, dated and signed, before the meeting. And assistants cite fresh, dated, sourced pages. We promise no citation and publish no traffic numbers.
Isn’t this just SEO spam?
Same shape, different structure. Nothing publishes without a named person. Every piece answers one named, dated source and links it. Volume is bounded by human review. Remove the gate and it is spam, so there is no gate to remove.
Why would I buy a GPU for marketing?
Mostly, don’t. Start on ATAILA Cloud. Buy the machine when you already own GPUs, or when the workload mix justifies it: a helpdesk, contract analysis, a coding assistant and the newsroom together. See the editions.
Does it publish automatically?
No, and it will not. Approval is a recorded state on the piece, made by your named person. There is no auto-publish switch.
Our monitoring tool now drafts statements.
Monitoring tells you that you were mentioned. PrivateWire answers one named, dated article from your own file, records who signed, keeps the original, and keeps the list of what you declined.
Are you copying publishers?
No. While a source is alive the public sees the provenance and a short extract, with a link that passes authority to the publisher. The faithful copy is private. A publisher who asks is moved to provenance only. Read how the record works.
What about hallucination?
It happens, which is why a person signs. Every claim links to a source you can open, every response says what it does not claim, and nothing publishes without a named approver. Our own first drafts went through adversarial review and were corrected before they shipped; we wrote up what we got wrong.
Which languages?
English and Hungarian, written as twins rather than translated. More languages are on the roadmap.
Can it learn our voice? What if the model is weak in our industry?
It starts with what you load into the file and gets better with every decision at the desk. On day one it knows your positions, not your industry’s folklore. The early drafts will need editing; what changes is what you are editing.
Is it compliant?
We do not say that. Your file staying with you is a fact; “compliant” is a legal conclusion about your organisation. We work with a legal advisory firm on EU AI regulation and GDPR, and we do not name it.
You are small.
We are. We run our own company on the same platform and our own newsroom on this product. One contract, one accountable party, and the person who built it is the person on the call.
What happens if we stop?
Your file, your spike log, your archive and your published pieces are yours. Export is a contract term: the files, the manifests, the hashes.
Is there a desk we log into?
Not yet. Today ATAILA operates the desk with you: we run the wire and draft, your named person approves. The desk you log into yourself is the first item on the roadmap.
